Is it possible for a non-invasive cosmetic treatment to produce remarkable results? Absolutely – and at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Young and our exceptional staff are pleased to offer a full range of non-surgical treatments that can help to address a range of aesthetic issues without incisions, a lengthy recovery period, or serious risks.

One such offer, the OxyGeneo® facial treatment, improves your skin’s quality by combining cleansing, exfoliation, oxygenation, and antioxidant infusions to address several different concerns. With this option, we can help remove sun damage, erase fine lines and deep wrinkles, and even reduce pore size – all without risk.

What Is an OxyGeneo® Facial?

The OxyGeneo® facial is a three-in-one treatment that combines topical exfoliation with deep oxidation and antioxidant infusion to improve the appearance and quality of the skin. Non-irritating, this treatment utilizes proprietary and patented technology to send oxygen-rich blood to the treatment area, helping to encourage smoother, healthier, and more attractive skin.

OxyGeneo® can be used to treat a wide variety of common skin conditions, including:

  • Fine Lines & Deep Wrinkles
  • Sun Damage
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Enlarged Pores
  • Textural Irregularities
  • Active Acne

Candidates for OxyGeneo® Facials

If you have common skin concerns and are looking for the least invasive treatment method, OxyGeneo® may be an excellent fit for your needs. Non-invasive, non-irritating, and safe for all skin types and tones, the most significant determining factor for candidacy is whether or not the service can address your specific concerns and assist you in reaching your ultimate goals. The best way to learn if OxyGeneo® is the right fit for your concerns is through a one-on-one consultation at our office.

OxyGeneo® Facial Procedure

The OxyGeneo® Facial Treatment is a three-part procedure that includes:

Gentle Exfoliation with Geneo OxyPod and Geneo Primer Gel. This helps to start the oxygenation process within the skin.

Oxygenation through the triggering of the body’s natural process of producing oxygen. This helps prepare the skin to absorb the nutrients supplied in the third part of the process.

Nourishment with proprietary, antioxidant-rich products delivered through ultrasound and neo-massage processes.

Treatment takes between 30 and 60 minutes and requires neither preparation nor downtime. You should be able to come in, undergo treatment, and get on with your day without any problems.

OxyGeneo® Facial Recovery and Results

  • Less Than 12 Hours
  • High Activity

Because OxyGeneo® is so gentle, it is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Some patients may experience slight redness after treatment. However, this is only temporary and will quickly subside.

You may see immediate results after your OxyGeneo® facial, with improvements continuing for the next few days. Results from a single treatment may only last a few weeks, but repeat treatments can be used for longer-lasting results.

The number of recommended sessions depends on your skin concerns and aesthetic goals. Most patients have a series of four to six treatment sessions equally spaced apart to maximize their results.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I Combine OxyGeneo® With Other Treatments?

Yes, you can combine OxyGeneo® with other treatments, such as dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and laser therapy. As with any type of cosmetic treatment, it is best to discuss your goals so a personalized treatment plan can be created for you.

  • How Does the OxyGeneo Facial Treat Hyperpigmentation?

Hyperpigmentation is a skin condition where patches of skin become darker than the surrounding area. This condition occurs when melanin, a substance our body produces pigmentation for the skin, creates a deposit within the skin. An OxyGeneo Facial can help treat this condition by exfoliating the skin. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells on the surface of your skin, which can reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation.

  • How Does the OxyGeneo Facial Compare to a Chemical Peel?

Both the OxyGeneo Facial and chemical peels are fantastic treatments for smoother, clearer skin. However, they are vastly different from each other. A chemical peel uses potent chemicals to peel the skin and grow new, healthier skin cells. There are multiple types of chemical peels you can get, such as light, medium, and deep. These tackle specific layers of the skin, with deep chemicals being the most intense.

However, by inflaming and peeling away the skin, chemical peels leave your skin vulnerable to outside elements for a period of time. The OxyGeneo Facial uses oxygen and active ingredients to revitalize and nourish your skin without putting you at risk. Dr. Young will assess your skin quality during your consultation to determine the best course of action.

Once your skin has finished exfoliating, your skin will then be infused with a serum with active ingredients, such as vitamin C and kojic acid. These ingredients are known to be skin brighteners and even out skin tones. After having your skin infused with the serum, it is time for the oxygenation process.

This is what gives the OxyGeneo Facial its own unique identity in the world of facial rejuvenation. By creating an environment rich in CO2, it triggers a response known as the Borse effect. This causes the skin’s oxygenation process and leads to faster cell regeneration and healing.
