Recovery from labiaplasty can take several weeks. Many women feel comfortable returning to work after two weeks, but both strenuous and sexual activity will need to be avoided for six to eight weeks. During your follow-up visits, Dr. Levi Young can help you determine when it is safe to resume all normal activities.
Results from labiaplasty are immediately noticeable. However, some swelling and bruising during the first few weeks of recovery will obscure these results.
